We live in a world scorched by the heat of human thought. Ideologies, dogmas, and historical grievances are brought to life by our minds, feeling intensely real and creating the illusion that we are fundamentally separate.
But beneath the storm of our conditioning lies an innate, unbroken health. Peace is not something we have to manufacture, fight for, or negotiate; it is who we are when our attachment to our ideas falls away.
Tents of Peace is a secular, non-political sanctuary. We do not gather to debate theology, rehash history or negotiate borders but remember our shared humanity to find peace and common ground.
When we commit to this without conditions, peace, reconcilliation and co-operation become possible.
